We are five minutes walk from either Chancery Lane Underground Station (Central Line), or Farringdon Station (Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith, Thames Link).

Shipping

UK Shipping: 

• Postage and insurance is £10.  Packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  

USA and Canadian Shipping: 

• Shipping and insurance is £60.  

• Packages are sent by FedEx using the next business day delivery.  

USA Customs Duty:

• We offer the following information for guidance only. US Customs Duty is levied once your parcel reaches the USA.  FedEx will handle the US Customs Duty on your behalf.  FedEx will invoice you separately for the duty within a month after delivery.  US Customs Duty is 5.5%, plus a $5 processing fee.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  We offer a 10 day return policy for all items shipped. The 10 day return policy starts from the day you receive your ring.  

If you need to return an item for any reason, please notify us by e-mail to receive a return confirmation number and return shipping instructions. Items must be returned unworn and in the same packaging as sent.  Special orders and postage and insurance cannot be refunded unless there is an error on the part of Engagement Rings of London.
