• We will send you a secure payment link for debit card or credit card payment. 

   In Person:

• We see clients by appointment only at our business premises in London.

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro in person at our Hatton Garden office.

Bank Transfer:
One of the most straightforward and safest ways to pay is by bank transfer from your bank.  We will send you the details to complete the payment when you place an order.

Bank Transfers from the USA, Australia, Canada and European Community

A bank transfer takes one to three business days.  

Cheques - UK only:
We accept cheques from UK banks.  

VAT

• VAT is included in the prices.

Delivery Times

The rings are individually made to customer requirements.  We aim to deliver within one to three weeks after receipt of payment.

Shipping

UK Shipping: 

• Postage and insurance during transit is £12.  Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for a next working day delivery by 1pm.  

USA and Canadian Shipping: 

• Shipping and insurance during transit is £65.  

• Parcels are sent by FedEx for next business day delivery.

USA Customs Duty:

• We offer the following information for guidance only.  US Customs Duty is calculated when your parcel reaches the USA.  FedEx will invoice you for the duty.  We understand that US Customs Duty is 5.5%, plus a $5 processing fee.

Return Policy

We have a 10 day return policy for all items shipped. 

Please notify us that you wish return an item. We will send you return shipping instructions. Jewellery must be returned unworn and with the original packaging. Special orders and postage and insurance cannot be refunded unless there is an error on the part of Engagement Rings of London.
